Who we’re looking for
We’re building a team of tutors who know learning is about more than marks. It’s also about confidence, patience, and connection. If you’re looking to become a tutor and share these values, we’d love to hear from you:
Fully qualified teacher with experience
In primary or secondary, specialising in English and/or Maths.
Patience and care
Able to adapt lessons to suit different learning needs.
Experience with diverse learners
Including supporting students with ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, and other learning differences
Reliability and professionalism

With a focus on patience, clarity, and care, our homeschooling support helps both parents and children feel capable and reassured.
How it works
Joining Vitalise is simple — we’ll support you from the moment you apply to the day you start making a difference.

2. Chat with us
We’ll discuss your experience, subject expertise, and availability.
3. Get matched
Students are placed into your available time slots as enrolments come through.
4. Start tutoring
Deliver 1:1 sessions for secondary students, and 1:1 or 2:1 sessions for primary students, all after school hours.
All tutoring is scheduled outside of Fridays, weekends, and school holidays. Tutors commit to at least 3 hours per week for 12 months, using their own laptop and headphones for online sessions.
